- Vamos añadiendo el caldo y removiendo durante aproximadamente 18-20 min.
- Una vez pasado el tiempo salpimentamos al gusto revolvemos bien y retiramos del fuego. Añadimos el queso y mezclamos bien, con el calor del arroz ya se fundirá.
- Una vez bien mezclado y fundido el queso tapamos y dejamos reposar 10 minutos.
