- Por último, cuando esté pronto el arroz tiene que quedar cremoso y no seco... bajamos el fuego y agregamos el queso parmesano, en este punto si lo desean pueden agregarle 100 gr de manteca, yo no lo hago para que sea un poco más sano. 👀
