Es recomendable ponerle unas legumbres crudas encima para hacer más presión. Y metemos en el horno un rato hasta que esté doradita. No hay que dejarla mucho porque luego la volveremos a meter.


- Mientras, en una sartén sofreímos la cebolla. Cuando esté la retiramos y freímos el bacon. Después los champiñones y juntamos. Cortamos un poco de jamón serrano y jamón york si nos apetece. Yo en este caso le eché porque hice la quiche con sobras y me iba a quedar muy triste.

- En un bol batimos dos o tres huevos (yo eché 3), con un poco de sal y un chorrito de leche. Mezclamos con la carne, la cebolla y los champiñones, y añadimos las especias (ajo en polvo, pimienta y orégano o perejil y un poco de nuez moscada). Mezclamos todo bien y si fuera necesario ponemos un poco más de leche.


- Espero que hayáis sacado la masa del horno y retirado las legumbres llegados a este paso. Vertemos la mezcla en la masa y rallamos un poco de queso por encima. Yo utilicé granna padano porque era el que tenía empezado. Y añadimos un poco más de pimienta.

- Metemos en el horno y dejamos hacer hasta que el huevo esté hecho y quede bien doradito por encima, más o menos serán unos 15 minutos. Sacamos del horno y ya podemos comer.
