- Vertemos el brandy y cocinamos a fuego alto un par de minutos para que se evapore el alcohol. Añadimos los taquitos de jamón y salteamos un par de minutos a fuego alto. Incorporamos las patatas y cocinamos a fuego medio 5 minutos.



- Vertemos el caldo de pescado y agregamos los dos tipos de pimentón. Dejamos cocinar todo junto a fuego medio 15-20 minutos o hasta que nuestras patatas estén tiernas. Añadimos un poquito de perejil y mezclamos.
