- Partir la cebolla en juliana. Echar en la sartén con 2 cucharadas de margarina, el pelin de aceite y remover a fuego medio añadiendo sal y un pelin de azúcar.

- Vamos añadiendo 1 a 1 cazos de caldo en la sartén y vamos removiendo sin parar. No echar nunca de golpe.

- Lavamos las alcachofas muy bien que suelten todo el caldo de la conserva y también los champiñones. Dejamos escurriendo
- Añadimos un poco más de mantequilla y seguimos removiendo sin parar poniendo más caldo.
- Agregamos entonces, cuando al arroz le quedan 10’minutos el vino y más verduras y removemos y vamos echando caldo.
- Cuando está en su punto, sacar y servir.
